Who We're Looking For?

You will build the engine: Aidera Core. You design and develop reusable abstractions, advanced AI-native capabilities (semantic search, intelligent data extraction), and opinionated integrations into core ERP systems that work across all customer projects. From system design to deployment, you take ownership of the entire Core development lifecycle.
What You Bring:

• You have experience writing production-grade code and a deep understanding of React, TypeScript, and SQL
• Python and data science experience are a strong plus
• You can point to demonstrable projects and have previously built complex AI-driven systems
• You bring solid computer science fundamentals, including expertise in data structures, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, machine learning, and high-performance computing
• Most importantly, you are motivated to build infrastructure that becomes smarter and more powerful with every customer
