This role involves providing exceptional support to German-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries and needs are addressed professionally and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product information, account management, and service inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly and follow company procedures for record keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in consumer services or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
