This role involves providing excellent customer support to German-speaking clients, assisting them with their insurance inquiries and claims.


Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and efficient customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding insurance products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy information, claims processing, and other insurance-related inquiries.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company insurance products, terms, and conditions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records for compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate prompt resolution of complex client issues.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
