This role involves delivering exceptional service to German-speaking clients while assisting them with their travel plans and inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking travelers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and general travel-related questions.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams and travel partners to coordinate seamless travel experiences for clients.
- Stay updated on travel policies, offers, and procedures to provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Passion for travel and helping customers create memorable experiences.
