Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)

For KWS Berlin GmbH, we are looking for a Senior Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) for our Berlin office in order to support our business units in Germany. This job is full-time and unlimited.

Your tasks:

• Responsible for preparing and processing on-cycle and off-cycle payrolls incl. data maintenance in SAP-HCM
• Prepares and controls figures regarding mass salary increases, individual increases, benefit changes, absences, leaves, and other relevant data
• Manages confidential information and provides tax and social insurance data to government authorities
• Creates, generates and distributes reports and dashboards (regular and ad-hoc)
• Collaborates closely with Finance, Controlling (e.g., for reconciliation of payroll accounting data)
• Supports employees in time data recording, maintenance, and monitoring
• Implements all pension schemes and other benefits in the payroll process
• Works daily with different vendors to ensure close collaboration and quality of the services provided
• Executes processes in accordance with local legislation and company policies
• Collaborates with BPs by providing support regarding workers council, unions and other official documentation
• Safeguards employee privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive information

Your profile:

• You already have experience in payroll and in SAP-HCM. If you have already worked in a shared service environment, even better!
