Overview:
We're looking for motivated students and engineers eager to put their university knowledge into practice-bridging the gap between academic theory and hands-on, solution-driven work.
Your Responsibilities:
Design and develop robotic cells
Build prototypes and test rigs for robotic peripherals (e.g., innovative vacuum grippers)
Plan and run experimental trials
Contribute to project planning and execution
Qualifications:
Must have:
Excellent CAD skills, demonstrated through portfolio projects you can present

OR Outstanding academic record-minimum GPA of 1.7 or better on the German scale-in an engineering program at a reputable university
Strong analytical thinking
Solid grasp of technical interrelationships
Familiarity with machine design and control engineering

Takehome assignment: You'll complete a short, rolerelevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.
Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you're looking for. Expect CV highlights, your "why," and time for your questions.
Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problemsolving approach for this role.
Onsite visit: Meet the team at our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you'd do here. You'll get a clear feel for the environment, ways of working, and the role.
