Your responsibilities
Type of contract: permanent
As Executive Strategic Advisor (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the followings;
  • To advise our senior leadership for long term market growth strategy for developing our business in Europe, the UK and Ireland, particularly in project execution and its business structure
  • To advise investment for Installation with a special focus on vessels strategy especially for overall cable laying, pre and post lay activities, fleet / crew / tools / yard / maintenance management etc.
  • To identify and provide intelligence on investment, partnership, or other market dynamics in HVDC cable industry, regulatory landscape of the industry in Europe
  • To oversee major strategic European tenders, developing competitive strategies and efficient management of supply chains
  • To take care high-level communication with our clients, suppliers, and other business partners
  • To collaborate closely with engineering, R&D, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing functions on global scale
  • To identify, assess, and mitigate commercial, contractual, operational, and geopolitical risks
Your profile - qualifications and experience
  • Significant experience of professional career in similar executive role in the industry
  • Very good written and spoken English and German (optional)
  • Strategical thinking
  • Presentation skill
  • Confident use of MS Office
  • Residence in Germany or valid work permit and visa
  • Willingness to travel required (including overnight stays)
