We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Female Housekeeping Manager to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who is passionate about cleanliness, service excellence, and leading housekeeping operations to the highest luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms and public areas
Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping supervisors and attendants to ensure high performance
Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and luxury presentation standards are consistently met
Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance to manage room status, VIP arrivals, and special requests
Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and service standards
Ensure proper use, control, and inventory management of cleaning materials and equipment
Handle guest requests and complaints professionally and efficiently
Prepare housekeeping schedules, manage attendance, and assign tasks effectively
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Monitor maintenance issues and follow up on corrective actions
Prepare reports, budgets, and performance evaluations
Candidate Profile:
Previous experience as a Housekeeping Manager or Assistant Housekeeping Manager in a luxury hotel preferred
Fluent in English; Russian and/or German speakers highly preferred
Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
High attention to detail and commitment to luxury cleanliness standards
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: AED 7,000 - 8,000 per month (based on experience)
