The Role:
As the Accountant, you will join our Team in Heidelberg and support Finance.
Your Responsibilities:

Take care on and book supplier invoices
- Prepare supplier payments
- Make accruals and not invoiced services or materials
- Controls Purchase orders
- Prepares Account Reconciliation
- Perform month end close duties
- Reconciliation of ICO balances
- Book Fixed Assets
- Support Finance+ HR Manager
- Substitute of AR accountant
Requirements:

Min 3 years experience in Bookkeeping and Tax
- Confident handling of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and/or asset accounting
- Experience assisting with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing tasks
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping logic, chart of accounts, and compliance rules
- Availability during peak periods (e.g., month-end close)
