To strengthen our service team, we are looking for someone for the position of

Field-Service Engineer (m/w/d) in the North Rhine-Westphalia area.

Aufgaben/Verantwortlichkeiten

• National Service & Support on-site for FT-IR, NIR- and Raman-Spektroscopy systems as well as other technologies
• Installation, repair, maintenance, upgrades, system diagnoses, relocation support
• Process-Integration of analytical instruments
• Network integration of analytical systems with dedicated software solutions
• Familiarization of users with instruments and applications
• If needed: support the remote-solution center
• On request: support of in-house repairs
• If needed: support with Service relevant document generation
• Frequent travel and overnight stays are required

Qualifikationen

Personality:

Customer centralized acting, thinking in solutions, accepting responsibilities and team spirit

Can-do-attitude!

Solid knowledge with all modern PC and network standards

Self-responsible working and time management combined with flexibility

Willingness to travel several days per week

Qualifications:

Degree in electronics/electric/mechatronic or comparable experiences

Solid technical knowledge in electronics, mechanics, ideally in optics as well

Proven track record in FT-IR, NIR-, Raman-Spectroscopy as well as remote diagnoses and/or microscopy is a clear plus

Field Service experience

Fluent in German, solid English in speech and writing
