Are you an experienced Order-to-Cash professional fluent in German?

Your Mission
As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will manage the full Order-to-Cash cycle, acting as the primary contact for German-speaking customers while ensuring compliance within a regulated medical-device environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end O2C process
- Process, validate, and monitor customer orders with high accuracy
- Coordinate shipments and product availability with logistics teams
- Handle billing, invoicing & payment-related inquiries
- Investigate and resolve order or billing discrepancies
- Support German-speaking patients, clinics & healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with supply chain, finance & customer service teams
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, KPIs & SLAs
What Were Looking For
- Fluent German (C1+)
- Experience in Order-to-Cash, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Customer Service
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Porto
- EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestacao de Interesse / Eligible visa status
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1,500 gross/month (14 salaries/year)

Meal Allowance: 300 (current policy)
From 01/01/2026: 7.63 net per working day - 3,000 Welcome Bonus (subject to company policy)
- Permanent contract with 90-day trial period
- Health insurance from Day 1
Relocation Package (If moving to Portugal)
- Studio in company-shared accommodation from Day 1
- 280/month (deducted from payslip)
- Up to 12 months duration
