We're hiring multilingual Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join a global team supporting a leading digital platform fully remotely from anywhere in Greece.
What Youll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Recommend products, manage orders, and resolve issues
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Deliver excellent service with empathy and clarity
What You Need
- Fluency in German
- Good English (B2+)
- Strong communication & client service skills
- Experience in sales or support is a plus
