We are currently looking for Native Slovenian speakers with B2 English to join a Customer Support team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
Assist Slovenian-speaking customers with inquiries and issues
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Accurately document interactions in internal systems
Follow company service standards and procedures
Requirements
Native Slovenian (C1-C2)
English B2 minimum
Strong communication skills
Basic computer literacy
Documents Accepted
EU Citizenship
Residency card (valid for more than 1 year)
Refugee card

EUR1900 gross per month (x12 months)
