I am hiring for a Desktop Support Technician

Application of skills and company policies/procedures
Wide range of tasks i.e. computer hardware, software, operating system support
Maintain ticket updates for all work
Experience of working in a user support environment
Knowledge and experience of End User Devices and Hardware
This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned
:
5 years IT experience
Level 2/3 technician
Have at A+, Server+. And other OEM server certifications
Must hold a valid work permit
Speak Deutsche/German to a good level - B2 minimum
Salary: Depends on experience
