Work completely remotely within Germany or use the hybrid work experience at the Berlin location.

Your tasks

  • Online research for potential advertisers
  • Outbound Prospecting via phone, email and social media
  • Qualification of outbound leads after initial contact
  • Scheduling appointments for Senior Sales Managers to introduce us to prospective new customers
  • Listing of prospects ready for expansion or new products
  • Cooperation with different departments, e.g. Sales Operations and Marketing
  • Achievement of our KPIs and sales targets

Your profile

  • Initial experience in sales, ideally in a fast-moving environment
  • Passionate about building personal relationships with clients
  • If the customer rejects you, you always remain result-oriented
  • Outstanding organizational, time, and self-management skills
  • You are highly motivated, ambitious and use every opportunity you are given to winning new customers for us
  • Experienced in using MS Office products, ideally experience with Salesforce and SalesLoft
  • Fluency in German and English
