This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

What You'll Do

  • Take full ownership of the Account Manager Team (>10 AMs) across multiple European markets, building, mentoring, coaching, and inspiring a high-performing, collaborative team.

  • Your onboarding will consist of diving deep into the role, taking care of a batch of customers yourself.

  • Ensure account management is the voice of the customer internally.

  • Develop and push an upsell motion in every market, NRR (net retention rate) is your north star.

  • Strategically plan and implement projects that improve efficiency & performance in the department.

  • Constantly coach the team to reach new heights, shadowing calls, joining some, and providing actionable feedback is your thing.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Strong knowledge of B2B SaaS customer success, and account management (5+ years experience) and proven ability to engage directly with clients.

  • You are a leader, coaching and mentoring teams to constantly reach new heights is what drives you.

  • Proven success in scaling operations and leading teams, ideally across more than one market in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups.

  • You come either from a top tier business school, or have a technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering

  • Previous experience in the startup ecosystem or high-growth environments.

  • Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a tangible positive impact.

  • Exceptional communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent English communication skills (C2). proficiency in French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.
