About the Role

As a Programmatic & AdTech Consultant at Incubeta, you will play a crucial role in driving our clients' digital media performance through expert strategic consulting, technical implementation, and innovative solutions. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive GMP audits, leading agency activation initiatives, providing best-in-class GMP advisory, and delivering effective training and onboarding support. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in Google Marketing Platform (GMP) products, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex adtech concepts into actionable strategies for clients and internal teams. You will be a key driver of efficiency, scalability, and client success within the programmatic and adtech landscape.


Key Responsibilities

  • GMP Audits & Optimization:
    • Design and conduct thorough GMP (CM360 & DV360) Audits to assess current performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure future-proofed media buying strategies.
    • Present audit findings to clients and advise on strategic optimization opportunities to drive maturity and enhance media performance.
  • Agency Activation & Standardization:
    • Understand the business challenges, relating to digital media. Solve these by identifying solutions in the Google Marketing Platform.
    • Translate these insights into actionable outcomes for agency partners and media buying teams, developing concrete programmatic media buying solutions.
    • Drive the adoption and standardization of best practices across various markets and teams.
  • General GMP Advisory & Troubleshooting:
    • Advise clients on best practices for implementation and provide comprehensive troubleshooting support related to Campaign Manager (CM360) and Display & Video 360 (DV360).
    • Offer expert guidance on critical aspects including tracking, media buying, audience solutions, and reporting.
  • GMP Training & Development:
    • Conduct effective client training sessions on Campaign Manager 360 & Display & Video 360, to enhance their understanding and utilization of the platform.
  • Onboarding Support (DV360 & CM360):
    • Provide dedicated ad-hoc technical support to clients during their onboarding process for DV360 and CM360.
    • Offer strategic advice and best practices to ensure clients quickly become proficient and find success with CM&DV360.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience & Technical Proficiency (Hard Skills):
    • Proven experience with advanced implementation in GMP (CM360 & DV360).
    • Demonstrable ability to translate digital media challenges into actionable programmatic media buying solutions.
    • Expertise in best practice implementation and troubleshooting for Google Marketing Platform products, including CM360/DV360.
    • Experience in conducting training sessions on CM360/DV360.
    • Strong understanding of the broader adtech ecosystem.

  • Wissensvermittler: Du leitest erstklassige Schulungen und Onboardings. Dein Ziel: Kunden und Teams zu echten Profis in CM360 und DV360 zu machen.
  • Troubleshooter & Stratege: Bei Problemen im Tracking oder Reporting bist du die erste Anlaufstelle. Gleichzeitig behaltst du immer die Skalierbarkeit und Effizienz im Auge.
  • Standardsetzer: Du forderst Best Practices uber verschiedene Markte hinweg und treibst Innovationen im gesamten AdTech-Okosystem voran.
