Job Description
1Outsourcing Labor Vendor ManagementManage outsourcing labor vendors (including new vendor sourcing, periodical markup review and negotiation, time & attendance management, bill review and processing, etc.).
2Talent Acquisition & OnboardingOversee the talent acquisition process for hourly and salaried hires, ensuring that recruiting, new hire onboarding, and orientation meet the company's staffing needs in a timely manner.
3HR Strategy AlignmentPartner with the warehouse leadership team to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
4Performance ManagementTake part in objectives setting, performance discussions, managing performance improvement, and recognizing high performance.
Job Requirements
1EducationBachelor's degree required.
Work ExperiencePrior experience in warehouse labor management is preferred; candidates should be familiar with managing outsourced labor suppliers and possess strong negotiation skills.
3HR-related experience (HR experience in logistics setting is highly preferred).
4Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation, collaboration, and vendor management skills required.
5Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, PPT) and relevant management tools.
6Language requirements: Applicants must be proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese, and be able to communicate and coordinate effectively.
