Innerhalb von Vestas Wind Systems ist die Construction-Abteilung in Northern & Central Europe (NCE) verantwortlich fur die sichere, termingerechte und budgetkonforme Umsetzung von Bauprojekten unter Einhaltung der geforderten Qualitatsstandards.

Die Abteilung Installation & Commissioning (I&C) als Teil von NCE Construction steuert die Vorbereitung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Windenergieanlagen sowohl fur Onshore- als auch Offshore-Projekte in der Region.

Im Bereich I&C tragt die Abteilung Site Execution Management die Gesamtverantwortung fur die operative Umsetzung aller Baustellen in NCE. Dies wird durch den Einsatz und die Unterstutzung qualifizierter und motivierter Site Manager sichergestellt, die die Baustellen leiten und eine erfolgreiche Projektdurchfuhrung gewahrleisten.

Deine Aufgaben

Als Site Manager - Onshore Installation bist du verantwortlich fur die Organisation der Baustellen mit Fokus auf Sicherheit, Qualitat, Budget und Zeit, auerdem

• Planung, Terminierung und Steuerung der Baustellenressourcen entsprechend Projektzeitplan, Budget und Umfang
• Aufbau und Pflege effektiver Beziehungen zu Stakeholdern sowie Sicherstellung einer klaren Kommunikation
• Sicherstellung einer vollstandigen, korrekten und fristgerechten Dokumentation und Berichterstattung
• Forderung und Einhaltung von HSE- und Qualitatsstandards sowie Management von Abweichungen
• Uberwachung der Bauaktivitaten und Koordination von Teams und Subunternehmern zur Sicherstellung einer sicheren und qualitativ hochwertigen Ausfuhrung
• Uberwachung des Fortschritts, Risikomanagement, Problemlosung sowie Einhaltung vertraglicher und gesetzlicher Vorgaben
• Forderung eines positiven Arbeitsumfelds sowie professionelle Reprasentation des Unternehmens gegenuber internen und externen Stakeholdern

Qualifikationen

• Abschluss in Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau ist von Vorteil
• Erfahrung in der Baubranche ist wunschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Bauprozessen, Methoden und Best Practices
• Verstandnis des gesamten Bauprojekt-Lebenszyklus
• Kenntnisse in Prozesssicherheitsstandards und relevanter Gesetzgebung
• Flieende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Deutschkenntnisse sind ein groer Vorteil

Region NCE and Global Offshore > Global Offshore CPX > NCE Onshore CPX Installation Site Management Team 3Within Vestas Wind Systems, the Construction department in Northern & Central Europe (NCE) is responsible for delivering construction projects safely, on time, within budget, and in line with required quality standards.

The Installation & Commissioning (I&C) department, as part of NCE Construction, manages the preinstallation, installation, and commissioning of wind turbines for both onshore and offshore projects across the region.

Within I&C, the Site Execution Management department holds overall responsibility for the operational delivery of all construction sites in NCE, achieved through the deployment and support of skilled and motivated Site Managers who lead site activities and ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

As the Site Manager, Onshore Installation, your main responsibility will be the organisation of construction sites with the focus on safety, quality, budget, and time, as well as to

• Plan, schedule, and manage site resources in line with project timelines, budget, scope, and assumptions
• Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and ensure clear communication
• Ensure all documentation and reporting requirements are delivered accurately and on time
• Promote and enforce Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards, including compliance and nonconformity management
• Oversee construction activities, coordinating teams and subcontractors to ensure safe and highquality execution
• Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure contractual and legal compliance
• Foster a positive work environment while representing the company professionally to both internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• A qualification in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering is desirable
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage, though not essential
• Strong knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and practices
• Good understanding of the full construction lifecycle
• Familiarity with process safety standards and relevant local legislation
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in spoken German is a strong advantage
