Leveraging its global manufacturing, engineering and sales and service network, our client works with drilling contractors, oil & gas producers, pipeline operators, refiners and other process owners to control, direct, adjust, process, measure and compress pressures and flows.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control profitable Sales and Aftermarket operations within the assigned geographical area
  • Plan, organize and direct District Sales, Service, Aftermarket and administrative operations and optimize

Sales and profit are your daily tasks

  • Responsible for Profit and Loss statements, margins, cost of sales, inventory, and accounts receivables
  • Interact with all levels of customers and distributors from senior management to operations personnel
  • Develop business strategies, forecasts, budgets, recommendations and reports
  • Monitor major projects and trends to augment market share and penetrate new markets
  • Maintain direct contact with customers at all levels and supply technical assistance to pursue every

Avenue of marketing company's products

  • Supervision of employees in the Field Service Locations is your task
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies
  • Responsible for recruitment and training employees; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise

Performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 10-15 years Engineering and Technical Sales experience in Oil & Gas sector
  • Strong knowledge of Surface / Drilling / Subsea Production
  • Around 5 years leadership experience and skills in leading and developing international team
  • Experiences in Territory Management, Budget/Cost Control, Profit & Loss are mandatory
  • Ability to think out-of-the-box and having good business sense to provide the right technical solutions resulting in customer satisfaction
  • Client- and result-oriented, hands-on, and excellent people management ability with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • English proficiency is a must; German, Dutch and Polish are advantageous
  • Being a decision maker, you should have a high sense for integrity and ethics
  • Willing to travel extensively (over 50%)
