Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Consulting: Advising clients on AI strategies that align with and advance their business goals.
Project Leadership: Managing the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and modelling to implementation and delivery of results.
Innovation & Value Creation: Identifying cutting-edge applications of AI and data science to solve business challenges.
Client Engagement: Serving as the primary contact and trusted advisor on all AI and data-related matters.
Team Development: Promoting internal knowledge sharing and mentoring team members to support their professional growth.
Quality Management: Ensuring all AI solutions meet high standards and reflect industry best practices in model development and data governance.
Your Skills What You Bring
Professional Background: Several years of experience in data science or AI (ideally within consulting), with a proven track record of successful project and team leadership.
Analytical Expertise: Strong capabilities in statistical analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and deep understanding of cloud platforms and AI architectures.
Project Execution: Skilled in managing data projects with attention to scope, timeline, and budget.
Communication Excellence: Fluent in German, with outstanding ability to clearly communicate complex ideas both verbally and in writing, especially to executive stakeholders.
Collaborative Leadership: Strong leadership, teamwork, and adaptability in dynamic, interdisciplinary environments.
Client-Centric Mindset: High level of customer orientation, understanding of business needs, and a consultative approach to solution development.
