We are hiring German & Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors for a hybrid role in Belgium, within a structured and professional environment.

Your role:
- Manage customer interactions (phone/email)
- Provide support related to services and products
- Maintain high customer satisfaction

Location: Ghent, Belgium

Work conditions:
- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 7h30/day + 30 min break
- Hybrid after training

Important notes:
- Initial contracts are 1-3-6 months
- First month fully on-site
- Only 1 day/week remote after training

Requirements:
- German & Dutch fluency
- Customer-focused mindset
- Flexibility with shifts
