Product Manager (m/f/d)
Product Manager (m/f/d)
Build one of Europe’s most advanced technology products.
Not as a spectator.
As someone who decides what moves forward.
Our client builds quantum computers - made in Europe.
Around 90 people.
Fast growing.
Now they need someone who brings product clarity at scale.
What this role is really about
Extreme technology.
Lasers. Microwave control. Full-stack systems. Hardware and software deeply intertwined.
Brilliant physicists.
Strong engineers.
Multiple possibilities.
You turn that into clear priorities.
Your impact
You create direction.
What matters now?
What increases system maturity?
What moves the product toward real-world usability?
You turn technical potential into product decisions.
You connect worlds.
Physics. Engineering. Software. Operations. Commercial.
You ask the right questions.
You create alignment.
You decide when others hesitate.
You think in system readiness, not features.
This is not backlog grooming.
This is productizing frontier technology.
You bring market logic into deep tech.
Real use cases. Real customer expectations.
Not buzzwords - actual prioritization.
You’ll thrive here if you …
… are not intimidated by complex technology
… think in systems, not tickets
… can make decisions with imperfect information
… enjoy fast-scaling deep-tech environments
… want to build, not maintain
Your background
Technical degree - Physics, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Several years in product management, ideally hardware-near or deep tech
Experience with complex systems, not only pure software
