Junior Sales Executive – OEM Components | Hybrid | Ingolstadt, Germany
Location: Ingolstadt, Germany (initially 5 days/week in the office, hybrid thereafter)
Salary: €80,000 – €100,000 base + 20% Bonus + Company Car

About the Role
This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated junior sales candidate ready to take their next step. You will be joining a dynamic sales team, learning how to build and manage relationships with key OEM clients, and supporting senior team members in driving growth across Germany.
You’ll work closely with engineering, logistics, and commercial teams to develop your technical knowledge and grow into a confident, self-sufficient OEM Sales Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Support the sales of OEM components into aerospace clients
Assist with client enquiries, quotations, and technical proposals
Help manage key customer accounts and maintain strong relationships
Learn to identify new business opportunities in the market
Work with engineering teams to understand technical requirements
Attend meetings, trade events, and client visits alongside senior staff
Support reporting, CRM updates, and internal coordination
Receive continuous product training and mentoring
What We're Looking For
1–3 years’ experience in B2B sales, Selling OEM components
A background or interest in aerospace, automotive, or mechanical engineering
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
Self-motivated with a desire to build a long-term career in technical sales
Based in or willing to relocate to Ingolstadt (hybrid work available after training)
Full driving licence
