The Team:

The Corporate Account Executive team at Celonis drives new customer acquisition across EMEA and Emerging Markets.

Focused on greenfield opportunities, the team introduces Celonis' category-defining, AI-powered Process Intelligence platform to leading enterprises across industries where significant value remains untapped. Supported by best-in-class sales motions and a strong cross-functional setup, including Value Engineers, Partner Managers, and Consulting Services, you will operate in a high-performance environment with strong growth opportunities.


The Role:

As a Corporate Account Executive, your primary mission is to win new logos and drive ACV growth in DACH region, one of our most strategic and advanced markets.

This is a strategic hunter role requiring persistence and strong business acumen. You will position Celonis' AI-powered Process Intelligence as a mission-critical capability, enabling operational transparency, efficiency gains, execution capacity, and tangible ROI from AI through high-quality process data and context.

You will lead with strategically relevant use cases, aligning Celonis capabilities to executive priorities and long-term transformation goals, and guide customers through complex decisions using a structured, consultative approach.


The Work You'll Do:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Germany, building a strong greenfield pipeline and driving ACV growth
  • Manage a large cross-industry account patch, prioritizing and qualifying opportunities to maximize impact
  • Build rapid understanding of industries, including business models, key drivers, and future transformation challenges
  • Execute structured account penetration strategies to establish Celonis in new organizations
  • Engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-level (COO, CPO, CIO, CFO), with clear, value-driven communication
  • Position Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic enterprise layer, especially across Supply Chain and industry-specific use cases. Lead AI-enabled use cases that deliver measurable value and enable ROI from AI through high-quality process data and context
  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end and collaborate with partners (consulting firms, SaaS providers) to accelerate acquisition and ensure lasting value realization as a basis for long time customer success and expansion
The Qualifications You Need:
  • 3+ years of experience owning the full end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise SaaS solutions, with proven success in new logo acquisition in the German market
  • Ability to manage a broad account set through strong prioritization and opportunity qualification
  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of end to end business processes and business strategy
  • HIgh affinity for AI solutions and developments
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (fluent) and English
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and build trust with senior stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with effective multi-opportunity management
  • High ownership, resilience, and a proactive hunter mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience using modern sales tools to drive pipeline and deal velocity
