**About the Role**Restaurant Partners are central to Uber Eats. As the Sr. Territory Lead (m/w/d) for Small and Medium Business Account Management in the North Region, you will serve as the regional business owner for a critical growth territory. You will lead a high-performing team of approximately 10 Account Managers (m/w/d), ranging from new hires to seasoned professionals, focusing on strategic growth, customer success, and commercial excellence.Based in Berlin, you will collaborate with Midmarket Team Leads (m/w/d) to drive the expansion and retention of partners. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring significant time in the field-approximately 20%-to understand merchant operations and build local relationships.### **What You'll Do**- **Team Leadership:** Inspire and coach a team of 10 Account Managers (m/w/d). Oversee the talent lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to coaching experienced team members on upselling strategies.- **Territory Growth:** Execute the growth strategy for the North East region. Use data to drive partner adoption, revenue uplift, and cross-selling of Uber products.- **Field Engagement:** Lead from the front with bi-weekly visits to partners to build strategic relationships and act as a trusted advisor.- **Commercial Performance:** Foster a high-energy commercial culture. Set clear targets and use data-driven insights to improve sales, engagement, and retention.- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Product teams to align regional activities with national goals.### **What You Will Need**- **Experience:** 5-10 years of professional experience with a proven track record in Account Management leadership.- **Merchant Expertise:** Ability to communicate effectively with merchants. Experience in a high-growth tech environment or mid-sized software company is preferred.- **Commercial Mindset:** Strong commercial thinking and a proactive approach to growth. A background in sales or business development is an advantage.- **Segment Knowledge:** A fundamental understanding of the Small and Medium Business segment, including its velocity, pain points, and scalability.- **Leadership Maturity:** Experience managing target-driven commercial teams in an agile, hands-on environment.- **Language:** Fluency in German and English.### **What Success Looks Like**- The North East territory exceeds retention and growth targets.- The team is recognized for its connectivity to the local merchant base.- Successful implementation of repeatable commercial playbooks that scale across regions.- Strong collaboration with the leadership team to drive a unified regional strategy.Uber's mission is to reimagine the way the world moves for the better.
