Construction Manager MEP (m/f/d)

Are you interested in managing significant high-tech construction projects in future-oriented sectors such as semiconductor, battery, or similar industries? Then you've come to the right place! As a Construction Manager Electrical (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the smooth execution of complex EPC projects or sub-projects, with a focus on electrical systems and infrastructure.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with a focus on electrical systems
- Ensuring standard-compliant installation and integration of electrical systems, including medium- and low-voltage systems, power distribution, and control technology
- Coordination and supervision of subcontractors as well as overall responsibility for on-site electrical activities
- Reviewing and approving technical documentation such as cable routing plans, single-line diagrams, and test reports
- Schedule planning and monitoring construction progress within the electrical scope
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
- Participation in site inspections, acceptance tests, and coordination meetings
- Recording defects and tracking defect resolution progress
- Measurement verification and review of documentation submitted by subcontractors
Show your expertise
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., master craftsman/technician (m/f/d)) or a degree in electrical engineering, building services engineering, or a comparable discipline
- Professional experience in construction management or supervision of electrical systems, ideally in industrial or plant construction projects
- Knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to stay on site during project assignments
- Intercultural competence, team spirit, and an independent working style
- Very good German and English language skills for effective communication with international and local project stakeholders
- Valid German driver's license Class B
