Discover a diverse role within our growing Design Management team! As an Assistant Design Management (m/f/d), you will play a key role in steering, managing, and optimizing our high-tech facilities. You will oversee and coordinate all design activities within a project, including managing the engineering budget and scheduling deliverables.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive alignment and monitoring of technical standards; conduct regular reviews with key disciplines.
  • Set up design projects in line with company policies, maintain the Engineering Execution Plan, and provide team training when needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination across design and engineering teams; actively participate in project meetings.
  • Oversee schedules, quality standards, and manage change, submission, and approval processes for all design and engineering documentation.
  • Ensure full scope delivery of design and engineering work, meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.

Show your expertise

  • 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in the construction industry (Engineering, Procurement & Construction - EPC).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or design.
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills and ability to lead interdisciplinary coordination meetings.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
  • Experience in project coordination or management is a plus.
