Then you've come to the right place: As an Account Manager, you own the matching and rental agreements between landlords and tenants by guiding them through our platform, translating their needs and preferences into realities and helping tenants find great homes for their new journeys. With your dedication, you make sure our customers are not just satisfied but truly delighted.
YOUR MISSION
- Drive bookings by proactively matching tenant needs with the best apartments in our portfolio-fast, strategically, and with a clear focus on results.
- Own the entire booking pipeline and identify high-value opportunities (e.g. large groups, special requirements, time-sensitive leads) before anyone asks.
- Actively listen, diagnose, and advise tenants and landlords to create smart, win-win matches that deliver value for all sides.
- Multitask across multiple leads and landlords at the same time, always prioritizing based on revenue impact and KPIs, not just order of arrival.
- Act as the go-to interface between tenants and landlords, handling complex situations with confidence and pushing opportunities forward to close.
- Use data and KPIs to steer your daily decisions, track performance, and consistently exceed targets.
- Share insights from your conversations to improve our product, processes, and customer strategy-you are the voice of both tenants and landlords inside the company.
- Continuously optimize how you work and contribute directly to the success and growth of Wunderflats.
YOUR PROFILE
- Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2).
- Excellent communication skills (written + verbal) and strong active listening-you understand the "why" behind each request.
- Commercial mindset: you love identifying opportunities, closing deals, and driving measurable outcomes.
- Strong multitasker who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage many leads at once without losing focus.
- KPI- and data-driven: you let metrics guide your priorities and actions.
- Proactive and autonomous-you don't wait to be told what to do; you take ownership and make things happen.
- Strategic thinker: you know which bookings to prioritize and how to create the best matches between tenants and landlords.
- Curious and insight-driven: you spot patterns in customer needs and translate them into improvements for the team and product.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and Google Drive.
- Highly motivated and driven by impact-on customers, landlords, and company growth.
- Eager to learn, grow, and contribute in a dynamic, ambitious environment.
