Technical Success Manager - Tech Company

Our client is a fastgrowing technology company building modern infrastructure for AI. To support their expanding customer base, were looking for a Technical Success Manager (US - Remote) to own the postsale technical relationship for strategic accounts and ensure successful deployment, adoption, and longterm value realization.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and technical program management - someone who can translate complex systems into clear outcomes and guide customers through highstakes, multistakeholder implementations.

Your Role

Technical Delivery & Execution

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact after the sale, coordinating across Solutions Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Support teams
  • Guide customers through implementation, ensuring they effectively use vector search and related AI capabilities to solve realworld problems
  • Conduct architecture reviews and technical health checks to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations

Customer Alignment & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage expectations across multiple concurrent customer projects, aligning timelines, resources, and technical priorities
  • Build trusted, longterm relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Ensure QBRs and executive checkins deliver meaningful value for both the customer and the company

Operational Excellence

  • Act as the escalation manager for critical technical issues, mobilizing internal teams to resolve blockers in highstakes deployments
  • Aggregate customer feedback and field insights to influence product and engineering roadmaps
  • Strengthen shared understanding between customer teams and internal engineering groups

What You Bring

  • 3+ years in a customerfacing technical success, delivery, or solutions role supporting complex technical products
  • Proven ability to manage multistakeholder technical projects without direct authority
  • Understanding of the ML lifecycle, data pipelines, and search/retrieval systems fundamentals
  • Ability to translate deep technical concepts into business impact for executives while engaging handson with developers
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownershipdriven mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering solutions in cloudnative Kubernetes environments
  • Prior experience in a technical engineering role
  • Familiarity with semantic search, RAG, or agentic AI architectures
