- Consultative Selling
Engage customers using a consultative sales approach, taking time to understand their process requirements, application challenges, and regulatory considerations. Translate these needs into tailored PTFE hose solutions that deliver reliability, compliance, and long-term value. - Business Development & Territory Growth
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, building a strong pipeline across life science, pharmaceutical, biotech, and adjacent sectors. Develop strategic plans to grow Aflex presence and market share in the region. - Customer Partnering
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers by acting as a technical expert and trusted point of contact. Provide guidance on hose selection, application suitability, and performance to support critical customer processes. - Technical Expertise & Product Promotion
Deliver technical sales presentations, demonstrations, and discussions, clearly articulating the features, benefits, and applications of Aflex PTFE hoses. Support customers through specification, selection, and implementation phases. - Account Management & Sales Performance
Manage customer opportunities from initial engagement through to order, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate quotations, and achievement of agreed sales targets. Contribute directly to the overall growth of Aflex within the region. - Internal Collaboration
Work closely with internal sales support, operations, and logistics teams to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are delivered effectively and on time. - CRM & Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools to support pipeline visibility and business planning.
