JOB SUMMARY:

In collaboration with Aftermarket Sales Team, candidates will become part of the Service Sales organization, contributing to the development, management, and expansion of customer relationships. This position offers valuable exposure to and insight into the overall Service Sales strategy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop sales promotions and be responsible for producing promotional materials and catalogs using PC based publishing system by working with the Aftermarket Marketing Group
  • Develop, implement and maintain contractual templates in coordination with the Sales Manager to meet departmental objectives
  • Personally prepare reports as requested to include a monthly activity report stating accomplishments, and updates of various sales promotions and activities, with future plans and goals
  • Conduct professional follow-up calls on won and lost business to gather feedback, analyze outcomes, and identify opportunities for improvement and future growth
  • Plays an active role in the bid team by preparing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality customer proposals.
  • Identifies opportunities to develop and increase Textron Aviation business through market analysis and continuous dialogue with sales personnel and customers.
  • Remains current with aviation industry and financial market news to maintain an awareness of issues likely to impact customers and potential customers.
  • Continuously researches market within the identified territory to identify prospective customers.


  • Bachelor's Degree in: Aviation, Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Communications or other related fields
  • Relevant sales or marketing experience desired
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Private Pilot's license, A&P license, or previous aerospace experience is desirable
  • Customer facing experience preferred
  • Professional and diplomatic demeanor
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
