Deine Aufgaben
- Erfassung der Eingangsrechnungen im Vorsystem
- Prüfung, Kontierung und Vorverbuchung eingehender Rechnungen (physisch/digital) in DATEV
- Klärung von Differenzen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen
- Verwaltung und Abstimmung offener Posten
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Kreditorenstammdaten
- Bearbeitung von Reisekosten- und Kreditkartenabrechnungen
- Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Mitwirkung beim Monatsreporting und Jahresabschluss (HGB)
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder Weiterbildung zum Finanzbuchhalter
- Berufserfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung ist wünschenswert
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DATEV oder ERP-Systemen sowie MS Office
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht, insbesondere Umsatzsteuer
- Strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (B2) und Englisch (B2), sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich
