In this role, you will take ownership of global, customer-centric marketing communication campaigns for a specific business unit or industry segment. Working in a highly collaborative, international environment, you will act as a key interface between Business Units, regions, digital teams, and external partners. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution and is ideal for an experienced marketing communications professional who thrives in complex B2B environments and can translate customer insights into impactful content and campaigns.
Your tasks include:
- Develop and execute the global annual marketing communications plan in close collaboration with Business Units and regional teams
- Design and supervise regional implementation of integrated, digital-first campaigns (including ABM approaches) across channels such as LinkedIn, email CRM automation, and web
- Drive the implementation and ramp-up of Account-based Marketing and leading regional project teams in the execution
- Define and maintain customer personas and end-to-end customer journeys to ensure a highly targeted and customer-centric approach
- Create and deliver high-quality content for key customer touchpoints, including product launches and lead generation initiatives
- Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across all markets and channels
- Ensure regional Monitoring, analysis, and reporting of campaign performance, deriving actionable insights and recommendations to optimize ROI
- Act as a central marketing interface, fostering collaboration, best practice sharing, and alignment across global stakeholders
- Steer creative and production agencies
What you will need
- 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing communications within industrial or technical environments; experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage
- Proven track record in developing and executing integrated global marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) in complex B2B environments
- Strong expertise in industrial B2B marketing, with a solid understanding of complex products, value propositions, and long sales cycles
- Direct experience with digital marketing, social media (e.g. LinkedIn), marketing automation tools, and analytics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders, regions, and agencies
- Experience working in global and matrix organizations, with the ability to effectively collaborate across Business Units, regions, and external partners
- Creative and strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset and strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication skills with business-fluent written and spoken English
- High attention to detail, pragmatic approach, and ability to deliver results in fast-paced and complex environments
