Job Description
Du steuerst die komplette Bearbeitung von Gebäudeschäden und bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen sowie interne und externe Partner. Du analysierst komplexe Fälle, bewertest Deckung und Schadenhöhe, beauftragst bei Bedarf Sachverständige und koordinierst Dienstleister - mit dem Ziel, eine wirtschaftliche und kundenorientierte Regulierung sicherzustellen.

Responsibilities
- Du bearbeitest Schäden in Hausrat und Wohngebäude eigenständig und fallabschließend - von der Meldung bis zur Auszahlung
- Du prüfst Schadenmeldungen auf Deckung gemäß Versicherungsbedingungen sowie auf Ursache, Umfang und Höhe
- Du bewertest typische Sachschäden (z. B. Leitungswasser, Sturm, Feuer oder Einbruch) und dokumentierst Entscheidungen nachvollziehbar
- Du kommunizierst souverän mit Versicherungsnehmern, Handwerkern, Sachverständigen und Rechtsanwälten
- Du steuerst externe Dienstleister (z. B. Sachverständige oder Sanierungsunternehmen) und behältst Qualität, Kosten und Timing im Blick
- Du stellst eine schnelle, faire und wirtschaftliche Schadenregulierung sicher - mit Fokus auf Kundenzufriedenheit
Qualifications
Must-have:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Versicherungsbereich (z. B. Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finanzen) oder Studium (Versicherungswesen, BWL, Recht)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Schadenbearbeitung, idealerweise in Wohngebäude- und Hausratversicherung
- Gute Kenntnisse im Versicherungsvertragsrecht (VVG) sowie in den entsprechenden Bedingungen (VGB, VHB)
- Erfahrung in der Regulierung von Sachschäden (z. B. Leitungswasser-, Sturm-, Feuer- oder Einbruchschäden)
Nice-to-have:
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Sachverständigen und Sanierungsdienstleistern
- Technisches Grundverständnis für Gebäude, Bauprozesse und typische Schadensbilder
