Duties
Help
- Plans, directs and produces theater production programs. Evaluates program effectiveness and recommends improvements or new programming techniques.
- Coordinates logistical support for productions to include personnel, supplies and equipment.
- Develops and conducts class instruction on related program activities, i.e., interpretation, set and costume design, staging, voice projection, etc.
- Coordinates marketing and publicity with appropriate services personnel.
- Supervises assigned staff.

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position including a Child Care National Agency Check and Inquiries (CNACI).
- A one-year probationary period may be required.
- Must be able to work rotating shift, to include evenings, weekends, and MWR Special Events.

- This job is part of a pay-banded system. Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
- Foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), incentives and differentials will not be paid.
