Role Overview
Responsible for managing all Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment on data centre projects. Acts as the key interface between client, vendors, and contractors to ensure equipment is delivered, installed, and commissioned on time, to quality standards, and aligned with the project programme.

Role Overview
Responsible for managing all Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment on data centre projects. Acts as the key interface between client, vendors, and contractors to ensure equipment is delivered, installed, and commissioned on time, to quality standards, and aligned with the project programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate OFCI vendors and equipment across all project phases
- Manage delivery, installation, and integration of critical plant (e.g. generators, UPS, switchgear, HVAC)
- Oversee quality, schedule, and compliance of OFCI packages
- Attend FATs, monitor manufacturing, and manage logistics to site
- Conduct site inspections and manage NCRs / quality issues
- Ensure proper documentation, testing, and handover to operations
- Track risks, interfaces, and dependencies across vendors and contractors
Requirements
- Experience in data centres or mission-critical environments
- Strong knowledge of critical plant and vendor management
- Experience with QA/QC, FATs, and equipment delivery
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German and English
