The recruiting company:

Our client is a European start-up specializing in electronic warfare and precision localization in the defense sector, which is establishing a complete team in Munich.

Key points of the position :

Reporting to the CEO and CTO, you will participate in military precision localization projects using Ultra WideBand frequencies.

As an Embedded Software Engineer, your missions will include :

• Analyzing functional requirements and writing technical specifications,
• Designing and developing embedded software in C language,
• Developing hardware drivers to interface electronic components (MCUs),
• Developing cryptography algorithms inside the TrustZone of the microchip (bare metal),
• Developing the secure boot part of the chip,
• Merging data provided by sensors,
• Conducting simulations,
• Performing tests and debugging.

Necessary skills:

• A defense clearance will be necessary for this position. You must have GERMAN OR AUSTRIAN NATIONALITY,
• With a background in electronics, you have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position,
• You are proficient in C language development,
• You are familiar with cryptography, accessing the Trustzone of the microchip is a plus,
• Another plus is being familiar with MCUs and data fusion,
• Fluent English is imperative.

Salary : 80k - 100k
