As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own and structure the internal recruiting function while supporting broader HR operations across Germany, Austria, and France.

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own and structure the internal recruiting function while supporting broader HR operations across Germany, Austria, and France.
Reporting to management, you will play a key role in building scalable hiring processes and ensuring sustainable company growth.
Your missions will include:
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (job descriptions, sourcing, interviews, offers),
- Building and maintaining long-term talent pipelines (job fairs, university partnerships, events, direct sourcing),
- Structuring, improving, and professionalizing recruiting processes and tools,
- Acting as the main point of contact for external headhunters and recruitment partners,
- Coordinating and optimizing the full candidate journey,
- Supporting HR operations and overseeing the employee lifecycle (data accuracy, time tracking, compliance),
- Acting as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers across multiple European locations,
- Contributing to a supportive and high-performance culture.
Necessary skills:
- Initial experience in Talent Acquisition or HR recruiting (startup, scale-up, or tech environment preferred),
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to build processes from scratch,
- Strong organizational and communication skills,
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership,
- Digital affinity and ability to implement and optimize HR tools,
- Professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive data,
- Fluent German (native/fluent) and fluent English are imperative,
- German citizenship required (additional EU nationality possible) for defence clearance.
