Your Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative solutions for our products
• Create concepts, calculations, and production documentation
• Manage projects within the development process (planning & reporting)
• Collaborate with purchasing, assembly, product management, and sales
• Test and optimize prototypes, including evaluation of measurement results
• Work in international project teams and cooperate with universities and institutes
• Support product launches and integrate customer feedback
• Continuously improve processes

Your Profile:

• Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical engineering) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in design and project coordination is desirable
• Proficient in 3D-CAD (CREO) and ERP systems
• Solid knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams
• Excellent English skills
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and occasionally work overtime
