• In Deiner Rolle bist Du für die bedarfsgerechte europaweite Planung und Verteilung unserer Lokomotivflotte verantwortlich

• Du koordinierst Lokübergänge zwischen Kunden als Prozess-Eigner:in

• Die Planung und Überwachung langfristiger Instandhaltungen, umfangreicher Flottenumbauten sowie Sondermaßnahmen abseits des Tagesgeschäfts zählt zu Deinen Kernaufgaben

• Du arbeitest an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Prozesse mit

• Das Schnittstellenmanagement zu anderen Abteilungen innerhalb der Railpool-Gruppe rundet Deinen Aufgabenbereich ab

WAS DU MITBRINGST

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im technischen, kaufmännischen oder betriebswirtschaftlichen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrungen in der Disposition von Schienenfahrzeugen gesammelt

• Du denkst gerne um die Ecke und hast Spaß, wenn es anspruchsvoll wird - mit Deinem Organisationstalent und Deinem Engagement findest Du Lösungen und reagierst auf komplexe Situationen

• Eine hohe technische Affinität sowie Interesse an Schienenfahrzeugen zeichnen Dich aus

• Eine strukturiere, selbstständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise ist für Dich selbstverständlich

• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
