Acteur mondial, le groupe MALTEUROP produit 2,3 millions de tonnes de malt fabriqué dans ses 23 usines à travers le monde (Europe, Amérique du Nord, Mexique, Océanie, Asie). Poste
We are looking for a Quality Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at our Langerringen plant.
Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, you will be entrusted with the following tasks:
Management:
1. Improving quality and enhancing food safety at the site:
(Verifying the implementation of PRPs and oPRPs, training and raising awareness among teams regarding quality requirements, assessing the level of control over CCPs and oPRPs.
2. Verifying compliance with customer specifications.
3. Implementation of action plans regarding non-conformities
4. Verification of the application of quality regulations in accordance with the recommendations of the Quality Assurance Department at Head Office
5. Verification of the effectiveness of HACCP points and the compliance of existing certifications (in consultation with the central Quality Assurance Department).
6. Preparation of audits (customer audit, standards audit, internal audit, etc.)
7. Implementation of the SQEP Action Plan (corrective actions resulting from audits, monitoring of analytical control and product monitoring plans-regarding barley, water, malt, by-products, etc.-prepared by the central Quality Assurance department)
8. Assuming responsibility for document management at the site
Optimization:
1. Analyzing deviations and identifying necessary improvements
2. Evaluating the efficiency of the defined measures for optimizing the industrial process with the process expert and identifying necessary improvements
3. Ensuring the continuous improvement of the site's Integrated Management System
4. Participating in cross-departmental BU projects (CSR, Integrated Management System, etc.)
5. Participating in the Energy Team
Regulations and Certification:
1. Ensuring compliance with applicable safety and labor regulations within the company
2. Implementing and monitoring compliance with safety and hygiene rules, as well as regulations regarding working conditions, and proposing improvements
3. Participate in various certification processes according to DIN-EN-ISO 9001, 22000, 50001, and GMP+ B2
4. Perform tasks related to occupational safety and health
5. Implement environmental protection measures
Profil
• Knowledge of QHSE
• Knowledge of malting technology
• Knowledge of processes and equipment
• Work organization methodology
• Customer requirements and supplier specifications
• IT skills, specifically SAP
• Good English skills
