We're now hiring a Senior Account Executive to build and scale the DACH market, playing a pivotal role in establishing Voyado as a category leader in the region.

This is not a classic AE role. This is a foundational, market-building role with a strong partner-led component. For DACH specifically, you'll join what truly feels like a startup within Voyado. We have strong momentum, including winning Best Omnichannel & Integration Solution at the E-commerce Germany Awards 2025 in Berlin DE - but we're still early in our German expansion journey.

You'll work closely with Fabio , Elias , Stefan & Luca , and have real influence over how we win in this market. You will report to our Commercial Director in DACH.

For this role, you could be placed in Münich, Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Frankfurt or Düsseldorf.

About the Role - Building & executing on the DACH Playbook

As Senior Account Executive DACH, you will:
  • Navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Build the German market approach.
  • Define how we win enterprise and mid-market retailers in DACH.
  • Drive new logo acquisition through outbound and partner-led motions.
  • Co-sell with System Integrators, technology partners, and agencies.

We're looking for someone who can come in, assess the landscape, define the winning strategy for Germany, and then execute on it.

You will own the full sales cycle, but also help shape:
  • Target account strategy
  • Enterprise messaging for the DACH market
  • Local positioning and competitive strategy

Some of the things you'll be up to
  • Proactively build and execute a DACH-focused outbound and partner-driven sales strategy.
  • Establish strong co-selling motions with SIs, tech partners, and agencies.
  • Identify and win new enterprise retail and e-commerce customers.
  • Lead complex negotiations, including pricing structures and long-term expansion paths.
  • Run structured, value-based sales processes (e.g. MEDDPICC).
  • Represent Voyado at trade shows and industry events to strengthen our market presence.
  • Act as a strategic voice internally on how we win and scale in Germany.

So, who are you?

You're hungry enough to build something new, but structured enough to handle enterprise complexity. You don't rely on heavy onboarding or pre-built pipelines. Instead, you thrive in environments where you can create structure, define direction, and drive execution. You combine entrepreneurial drive with disciplined sales methodology.

Skills & Background
  • Proven success in complex enterprise SaaS sales, owning the entire sales cycle.
  • Experience building or scaling a new market, region, or segment.
  • Strong track record of running structured, value-based sales processes.
  • Experience co-selling with System Integrators, technology partners, or agencies.
  • Comfortable navigating partner-dense ecosystems and integration-heavy product landscapes.
  • Ability to engage and influence multiple senior stakeholders in complex organizations.
  • Experience within retail, e-commerce, MarTech or digital marketing is a very strong plus.
  • Fluency in German and professional English is required. Italian and/or French is a plus.
