- Manage operational activities for seaborne and inland cargo movements of oil products and other commodities
- Oversee cargo/barge operations (vetting, insurance, voyage/discharge instructions, inspections, documentation)
- Coordinate with terminals for inventory control and transfers
- Handle invoicing, settlements, demurrage, and claims
- Work closely with Trading, Middle Office, Finance, and Accounting to ensure smooth execution
- Maintain accurate operational data in CTRM and supporting systems
*Requirements*
- 3-5 years' experience in cargo/shipping operations (heavy distillates a plus)
- Knowledge of the full trading value chain and industry operations
- Experience with CTRM/ERP platforms
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational skills
- Fluent English; other languages a plus
- Proficient in IT tools
- Bachelor's or Master's in Business or Science/Technical field
