What you'll do
- Lead business expansion for Henkel Adhesive Technologies in the facade construction and window installation
- Lead Marketing activities that support the business growth and creates new business opportunities
- Identify and scale adhesive applications and technologies across multiple countries and customer profiles (KAM and Distributors)
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key customers and stakeholders
- Take P&L responsibility for new market segments/geographies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with application engineering and sales to align solutions with market needs
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and innovation in the construction materials space. Gather information, draw conclusions and share them with the team
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science or related scientific field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Project experience or Technical Sales, ideally in adhesives and/or construction materials
- Strong technical knowledge in adhesive technologies and applications relevant to facade construction and window installation
- Proven strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record in business growth and transformation with customer- oriented mindset
- Fluent German and English skills required
- Frequent travel required (driver's license required)
