What you'll do
  • Delivertimely and effective technical support to Nonwoven and Tissue & Towelcustomers within your designated territory. This includes support for globalkey accounts, sales teams, field application engineers, product development,and cross-functional partners.
  • Executetailored product recommendations, customized application solutions, and newproduct demonstrations.
  • Providesupport to customers by identifying high-impact solutions aligned with theirspecific needs, while closely collaborating with cross-functional teams toadvance strategic priorities such as innovation, sustainability, anddigitalization.
  • Drivecollaboration across the value chain by building strong, solution-focusedpartnerships with key equipment and substrate manufacturers (OEMs and OMMs),ensuring access to cutting-edge expertise and positioning Henkel as an industryleader.
  • Collaboratewith global teams to share knowledge, harmonize processes, and implement bestpractices across regions.
  • Takeownership of developing, updating, and delivering technical and applicationtraining programs for internal and external stakeholders-on-site, off-site, andvirtually.
  • RepresentHenkel at both internal and external events to support strategic businessobjectives and strengthen our position in the hygiene market.
What makes you a good fit
  • Master's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or other relevant technology/science.
  • Previous experience ideally in personal hygiene business (5 years), nonwoven or tissue & towel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with internal and external professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with result-oriented and complex problem-solving approach, including troubleshooting, risk assessment and structured approach.
  • Digital skills, lean management, operational excellence, project management, quality management, training capability
  • Fluent German and English skills, additional languages (French) appreciated.
