What the role is about
Your job? Help people get the most out of their devices, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that make their daily lives easier.
You will:
- Handle calls, emails and messages from Danish-speaking customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues with clarity and patience
- Process repairs, warranty claims and replacements
- Recommend products or services based on customer needs
- Communicate in a friendly, professional way that leaves customers feeling supported
Requirements
You bring:
- Fluency in Danish + good English skills
- A calm, solution-oriented mindset
- Curiosity about tech (you don't need to be an engineer!)
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
