Your Mission
As part of our Sales Finance team, you play a key role in creating transparency across global sales performance. You transform complex sales data into meaningful insights for management and actively contribute to improving our reporting landscape.
In this role, you work closely with Finance and Sales teams across HQ, factories, and Sales Hubs worldwide. You support Regional Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development by providing reliable data, clear analyses, and decision-ready dashboards.

Your Mission
As part of our Sales Finance team, you play a key role in creating transparency across global sales performance. You transform complex sales data into meaningful insights for management and actively contribute to improving our reporting landscape.
In this role, you work closely with Finance and Sales teams across HQ, factories, and Sales Hubs worldwide. You support Regional Sales, Key Account Management, and Business Development by providing reliable data, clear analyses, and decision-ready dashboards.
Your Tasks:
- Own Global Sales Reporting: You take end-to-end ownership of our Sales Data Cube, ensuring accurate and consistent monthly data flows and acting as the central contact for all global sales reporting topics.
- Build Dashboards That Matter: You design and continuously enhance management reports and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau, enabling full transparency on sales performance and trends.
- Bridge Sales, Finance & IT: Working at the interface of Sales, Finance, factories, and IT/SAP, you reconcile figures, perform plausibility checks, and ensure all stakeholders operate with one consistent set of numbers.
- Drive Pipeline & Partner Reporting: Using Salesforce Reporting, you create pipeline analyses and Business Partner dashboards to support target setting, performance tracking, and management decision-making.
- Shape the Future of Sales Finance: You actively drive digitalization and automation, from implementing new tools (e.g. Offer Management, Contract Revisions) to rethinking how data is collected, processed, and reported globally.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a comparable field
- Extensive experience in Sales Finance, Controlling, Reporting, or Business Analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure and explain complex data
- Experience creating management reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau)
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders across functions and regions
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
