Job Description

As an intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Global Quality and Process Excellence team. You will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse teams, applying your analytical skills to track project progress and generate valuable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic Quality & Process Excellence initiatives for our 2030 strategy
  • Conduct analyses and provide insights to support solution design, focusing on customer needs and internal efficiency
  • Create comprehensive reports by collecting, validating and presenting critical data for stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations
  • Explore digitization opportunities, identify areas for automation/standardization and advocate for scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain transparency, alignment and continuous improvement
  • Conduct independent research on assigned tasks and contribute to project governance, including meeting preparations and status updates
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making with a professional and service-oriented mindset and engage in proactive learning, seeking personal development opportunities within the team


Qualifications

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills, with German proficiency being an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, for data analysis and presentation
  • Strong analytical abilities to simplify complex topics and present clear, actionable recommendations
  • Prior experience in Sales, Customer Service, or process automation is desirable
  • A reliable team player with a cooperative attitude, awareness of guidelines and a proactive approach, as well as a passion for process excellence and a desire to contribute to strategic initiatives
  • Curiosity, receptiveness to learning and motivation for personal growth are essential
  • Availability to start immediately for a 6-month internship with the potential for extension up to 12 months
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration, as well as a self-starter attitude and the ability to work independently on assigned tasks
