Working Student (m/f/d) Global Quality & Process Excellence

Job Description

The Working Student role within Global Quality & Process Excellence is a vital position, offering support to high-impact projects and ensuring effective collaboration across the organization. You will play a key role in coordinating efforts between headquarters, regional teams and global competence centers, driving process standardization and quality assurance. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for project management, data analysis and a desire to contribute to an innovative and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
  • Maintain project plans, milestones and documentation for progress tracking and risk management
  • Liaise with stakeholders to gather inputs, ensure alignment and prepare project materials for governance forums
  • Apply project management standards and best practices, driving regular reviews and quality audits
  • Extract and analyze data from various platforms to inform strategic decisions and enhance product quality
  • Assist in coordinating process alignment activities, supporting operational efficiency and scalability
  • Document, map and analyze current and future-state processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement process enhancements by collaborating with stakeholders and tracking progress


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a University degree in logistics, business, commerce, sales & marketing, engineering or a related field
  • Good knowledge of the maritime industry is preferred
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and experience working with data and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in written and spoken English at a professional business level
  • Experience in a similar role or project management environment is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach
